How much clearance from my exhaust pipes should I give my new leather motorcycle saddlebags?

they are throwover bags my bike is a 99 Victory V92C cruiser|||u should buy em full price to help the econmy|||^boy you are dumb or can't read. I would think 4-6 inches should be plenty of room.|||If its a stock exhaust, an inch or two is plenty. The outer part of that exhaust dosent get very hot at that point.|||You want it a least a couple of inches from your pipes and more if your pipes get really exessivally hot!
