Is there a difference in ride on motorcycles like the victory vegas that have smaller front tires?

From my experience the wider front tires resist changing directions more than the smaller tires.|||There's quite a bit of handling difference between a thinner front and a bigger front tire. The bigger tire is more stable|||Do you mean thinner or smaller in diameter. Either way, smaller or thinner tires will be more easy to maneuver and less stable at high speed. Larger wheels mean less maneuverability but more stability.
