Victory motorcycle 09 ,left signal not work, bulbs is good,fuse is good. i need help to repair,,,?

Time to pull out the multimeter and run some continuity and voltage tests. Start testing the circuit for voltage, and the wiring for an open, or short. Start with the socket, and work your way back through the wiring harness.
